Who handles your information
Mint Inc Zambia Limited handles information you provide through this website. Contact us on WhatsApp or through our enquiry form about privacy matters.
Information we collect and why
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, the phone number or email address you provide, your message type, message text and submission time. Mint administrators use these details to read, manage and respond to your question, recommendation, complaint or other feedback.
To reduce spam and duplicate submissions, our server processes the network address supplied by Cloudflare and stores a hashed value, together with a hashed contact reference. These hashes support submission limits; they are not advertising identifiers. Hosting and security providers may also process technical request information to deliver and protect the site.
Please do not submit passwords, identity documents or sensitive financial details through the public enquiry form.
Access and service providers
Website enquiries are available to authorised Mint administrators. Cloudflare and Supabase provide hosting, security and database services used to operate the website. Cloudflare also measures page usage and performance through its cookieless analytics beacon. Following a WhatsApp or social-media link takes you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.
Retention and your requests
Enquiries remain in Mint’s system until deleted. You may contact Mint to request access to your information, correct inaccurate details, ask for deletion or raise a concern about its use. Legal record-keeping obligations may affect what can be deleted. To protect your information, Mint may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
Cookies and changes to this notice
Read the Cookie Policy for browser storage and preference controls. This notice covers the public website enquiry feature; loan agreements and staff access involve separate records and requirements. We will update this page when these website practices change.
