Cookie Policy

About this policy
This policy explains how Mint Inc Zambia Limited uses cookies and similar browser storage on mintinczm.com and www.mintinczm.com. Cookies are small files that a website can store in your browser. Local storage is similar technology that can remember settings between visits.
What we use
| Storage | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| mint-cookie-preferences | Essential local storage: remembers your Accept, Reject or custom privacy choice. | Valid for 180 days, then we ask again. You can clear it sooner. |
| theme | Optional local storage: remembers your chosen appearance only after you allow it. | Until removed or browser data is cleared. It is not used after consent expires or is withdrawn. |
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Its security features may set essential cookies when a security check is needed. These are separate from optional appearance storage. Their duration depends on the security feature involved.
We do not currently use advertising cookies. Cloudflare provides cookieless usage and performance measurement. This is separate from the optional appearance storage controlled by our notice. We will update this policy before changing these practices.
Read about Cloudflare Web Analytics.
Your choices
Use Accept optional to allow appearance storage, Reject optional to decline it, or Manage preferences to choose. Optional appearance storage is off until you allow it. Rejecting it does not stop you from viewing loan information, sending an enquiry or contacting us on WhatsApp.
Open Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing removes the saved theme. Each browser and public hostname stores its own choice. You can also clear site data in your browser settings.
Staff login and external links
The staff system at loans.mintinczm.com uses authentication storage needed to maintain signed-in sessions. Public website appearance choices do not disable staff security or authentication.
WhatsApp and other external sites apply their own privacy and cookie policies after you follow their links.
